If it is about a particular story, tell us its title and language. If something is not working, tell us your phone model and what you were doing.

About the stories

How are stories made?

Each story is carefully researched and checked against its sources, and every story names the passage it tells, so you can read it for yourself. Stories made with AI are labelled: tap the AI badge on a story to see how it was made.

Which languages are there?

English, हिन्दी and Español. Choose yours in Profile → Story language. A story made in several languages has a language button so you can switch while watching.

Can I ask for a story?

Yes, if you are 18 or older: Profile → Request a story. Stories we plan to make appear under "Coming soon", where you can vote for them.

I found a mistake in a story

Please write to support@zohvi.com with the story's title and what you noticed.

Using the app

Do I need an account?

No. Choose Browse without an account on the first screen. A guest's feed is not personalised, and a guest's history is deleted if it goes unused for 60 days. To keep it, use Profile → Create an account; your likes, saves and history move with you.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password. We send a link to reset it.

Can I watch without a connection?

In the phone app, save a story, then open the Saved tab and tap Keep offline. You can keep up to 30 stories on your phone.

Can I get a daily reminder?

Yes: Profile → Daily story → Remind me, and pick a time. The reminder is set on your phone only and you can turn it off there at any time.

Can I stop the "Did this story speak to you?" question?

Yes: turn on Profile → Playback → Skip survey.

Privacy and your account

Is my feed personalised?

Only if you are 18 or older and turn it on in Profile → Privacy → Personalised feed. You can turn it off or start again with Reset recommendations at any time, and see what we keep with See my data. Read the privacy policy.

Who can use Zohvi?

Anyone aged 13 or older. Zohvi never personalises the feed for under-18s.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, Profile → Delete account, or see how to delete your account without the app.
