Delete your Zohvi account

In the app: open Profile, scroll to Account and tap Delete account. This deletes it straight away.

Without the app: write to support@zohvi.com from the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it and tell you.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your settings, likes, saves, watch history, consent records, story requests and personalisation data.
• The activity records tied to your account in our analytics, within about a day.

What is kept

• Counts that are not tied to anyone, such as how many people watched a story.
• Crash reports, which never contain your email or account, for up to 90 days.
• Activity that was never tied to you (with personalisation off), as part of overall counts, for up to 400 days.
